This happened on one that I was in, the Invulerability has a timer on it, if you let it run out the Centaur can die again. But yes, it’s a bug still.
On exiting Northpasture Camp Captain Edwards gets stuck fighting an ‘invulnerable’ Harathi horseman. As the horseman never dies the group cannot proceed.
