I received my Harsh Detox Achievement by killing Nightmare Court while defending Falias Thorp instead of killing Toxic Alliance in Lion’s Arch as it should.

Thank you for this. I kept killing Toxics and getting zero credit. I checked here to see if others were bugged & after reading your post went & killed Nightmare Courts in the starter zone and got daily completed finally. Thanks

It’s been like that since they introduced the toxic alliance.

It’s always been that way, normal krait and courtiers count as Toxic Alliance for some reason.
