Because I don’t see them in-game in both miniature section and in bank.
They are still present in wiki without mention of removal and I cannot find any mention elsewhere in internet.

Same here, I have the full set of SAB minis unlocked, but none are showing up.

can’t find them in the mini panel either (I have all of them) not even the mini Moto one of my characters has equipped
