New Laptop. If I change areas, I see the wheel on the bottom right spinning, then it freezes (when the load is over). The new screen does not appear unless I Ctrl/Alt/Del, then go back to the game. It’s an MSI GE62 Apache Pro, I7-5700, GTX970M. I don’t have this problem on my desktop. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Bump. Anet, do you have any advice on this issue?

It also seems to happen for me when switching between fullscreen and windowed mode (nVIDIA 850M), but I also updated Windows 10 and my graphics drivers today, so I cannot be sure what entity is causing the problem.

yeah, about this, started happening to me after the latest update as well… quick fix for you until it gets resolved by ANet – switch to Windowed Fullscreen in graphics settings, it seems to get rid of this problem completely

Iceman – Thank you for the quick fix, it’s working for me. It looks like I get a couple of FPS less, but it will work for now.

aNet, can you please fix this issue soon? Thanks!

Hey again, I tried enabling real fullscreen today but the bug seems still to be there.

With windowed fullscreen the vertical sync doesn’t seem to function properly which gives nasty image tears during camera movements which is really ugly…

Hey, had the same problem. The problem seems to be vsync. Turning it off should allow you to play in fullscreen again.
