I had every single skill unlocked on my character, but now my Cloak And Dagger Skill is obscured and says 0% unlocked.

Is this happening with more weapon skills?

Not a big deal as it’s easy to learn it again, but I think this is related to changes made in the new patch.

The issue is a bug caused by the change to Cloak and Dagger. It recieved a 33% damage nerf, but only in PvP. If you look in your weapon skills UI, you will notice TWO Cloak and Dagger skills. One does less damage than the other. I believe this is an unintended side effect for creating two rulesets for PvP.

I think I have the same problem, I have attached a pic. just to make sure that’s what you talking about. Is it a bug going to be fixed or just simply re-learn the skill. In my case, I couldn’t re-learn the Cloak and Dagger fighting in regular exploring map area. Is it going to be re-learn in PvP or WvW map?
