Haven't received Tixx's Gift?

I’ve tried many of the suggestions I searched for such as clearing my mailbox or checking out my other characters’ inventories and still to no avail have I found success. I filed a ticket, but no reply from ANet so far. I thought maybe it had to do with when I made my account since the Wintersday event was midway when I bought Guild Wars 2 but that was not the case after I had heard from my friend who bought the game 2 days ago and received the gift.

Any ideas on what could be the problem? Although it isn’t a necessity, I am quite envious to hear that my friends received 15 slot bags.

Check your other characters mailboxes again. My mail was on the first character I logged in with so I had to look for it.

Yeah, I’ve checked all my characters mailboxes and emptied them; still nothing to be found. Could it be that I may have deleted a character that may have had the gift from Tixx?
