Guild Wars 2

Since I couldn’t do ‘Brisban Liberator’, now I’m trying to do ‘Hawke Liberator’ in Fields of Ruin.

However, I’m standing in the village near Halkor Meadows where the quest should spawn – but all I see are ‘Harpy Kidnappers’ periodically appearing and disappearing after a few seconds. And no quest triggers.

Is this one bugged too?? That’s 2 in a row so far (if indeed bugged)…

Well I tried this later in the evening and it worked – and so I’m guessing the ‘bad’ map instance probably closed and the quest was working on the new one.
