Guild Wars 2

So yeah, my ranger’s hawk has spawned a second set of wings with the latest patch. As have my raven and eagle. Oddly, my owl’s DNA is unaffected by this strange mutation.

Anyone else seeing this?

The owl sprouts new wings while in flight, the normal ones that flap, and a second, stationary set held close to the body. It is unaffected while in its landing animation as we as when standing on the ground.

The other birds have this bug as well as the cormorant stance while standing on the ground, as shown above.

After today’s patch my bird pets (Raven/Hawk/Eagle/Owl) suddenly have a second set of wings and look stupid.

Just noticed that these animation issues also apply to all the regular birds; not just the Ranger pets.

Was just about to post this. Very irritating. I hope it gets fixed soon.

How does a bug like this even happen?

Anyone else annoyed by this? this newest patch still didn’t fix it.

Please fix the 4 winged ranger birds.

Sorry for bumping this, but I really would like the devs to see that the birds of Tyria have now become freaks of nature.

They look like pigeons on a ledge now when they walk. We should have sacks of bread crumbs.

There is a visual bug with the eagle and the falcon familly. They have 4 wings !!! Its kinda anoying to look at a mutant pet during my quest haha ! I dont think its my computer, because my friend saw the same bug on his computer.

I’ve noticed this too. The birds (as best I can tell) appear normal in flight, but when perched or walking on the ground, they have an extra set of wings.

Good to know I’ts not my computer… =) I guess they will fix them soon !

Looks like the wing issue is gone now, as of the Dec 5 patch. A thankfully short-lived bug; I like my hawk…
