Guild Wars 2

So i don’t know if this is happening to anyone else, but ever since the start of the 3rd living story, i have had the Unbound magic guy showing up for like 5 seconds on almost every map i am on, no matter where it is. I have started screen shotting the times i can catch him.
i just am curious if anyone else has this happening, and if so does anyone know why?

Ohhhhh, is this why I’m periodically screaming? I thought it has something to do with Ember Bay, since I only noticed it once I’d entered the new map..
