The pointer arrow that shows up when low on health in starter areas won’t go away till relogging or going to a different map. It’s very irritating as it blocks vision of what current conditions or boons you have on you. Healing does not remove the arrow. And if you press ESC the pointer just bounces up and down. You can’t open up the menu then unless you actually click the gear in the top left. See screenshot and video.
