Heal warning arrow glitch
I can second this. My wife and I are both seeing it. It also stays overlayed if you go to the map screen. Pressing escape in the map just makes it ‘flash’ downward and won’t let the map close via ESC.
As the poster above stated, if I WP or go to a different map, it clears.
Footsteps of War [FoW]
Yak’s Bend
i ONLY seem to have this happen in the low level zone and at the first jumping puzzle from the black citidel
Having the exact same issue. One of the “great” npe changes you can’t disable. What a good experience for new players this is.
It happens every time you go to low health and once it is there, there is no way known to me to make it disappear, except for relogging.
Well I’m a new player and this glitch is REALLY annoying… So far I was to pinpoint another way of getting rid of it which is dying…. still when it shows up I can’t hit ESC in order to close windows or open the System menu.
There really isn’t a way to disabling it?
You can press the wheel on the top left corner to enter the menu and no afaik there isn’t any way to disable it.
I can confirm what shaman said. I brought my level 80 to an early-level zone and the arrow appeared.

This didn’t happen whenever my HP was low in Orr, so it must only happen in early zones.

I can repeat this. The arrow does not appear in higher level areas, so there must be a trigger for it in the starter zones (makes sense since it’s a new player tooltip).
Quick solution: you don’t need to relog. if you simply open the map and choose a waypoint to port to that is far enough away to force a screen load, it resets. Not sure if there’s a ui reload command, but if there is it may be worth testing to see if that works as well.
Either way, really irritating bug. gamebreaking? nah, but it’s like the rock in your shoe. Especially if your low level and don’t have the cash to constantly port (and you also tend to run low on health allot at lower levels as well).
Good that I´m not the only one facing this issue. I returned to GW2 after a good year and thought that I was missing a new setting or something ^^
Hopefully a dev sees this and they apply a patch in the near future.
this is happening to me, seems to only be on my new characters which have been made in the past couple of weeks, could be wrong though.
