DISCLAIMER: this is my first forum post, so please be easy on my technical literacy. ;)

As the title suggests, the Ele staff water skill “Healing Rain” is not working for me. Some troubleshooting measures that I have done:

• All other skills on every attunement works (including skills 1-4 in water).
• Tried multiple staffs.
• Tried multiple areas.
• Tried bound key (5) as well as clicking the icon (won’t even highlight on mouseover).
• Tried restarting GW2/ logging out & in again.

All of these experiments have failed. Maybe I’m missing something obvious?

Sometimes, in weapons skills, the icon will show it is usable, even though it has not yet been unlocked. A rather minor bug. You might try using the weapon in question for a few more kills, and see if Skill #5 unlocks. Good luck! =)
