Everytime I load into Heart of the Mists, My camera is stuck at the HoTM portal, but my character is able to move. It returns to normal after 10 seconds, but this happens everytime I load into Heart of the Mists or even Lions Arch sometimes.
I have the same issue. I’ve not seen this since they implemented the rendering changes long, long ago. I hope they fix it, again.
I started having this issue since the patch. Of all the bugs, this one isn’t so bad, but it is a little annoying.

This has been happening to me sometimes also, but it’s been happening to my girlfriend consistently every time she loads into heart of the mists. If she’s using it to get to LA she just aims her camera at the LA portal and runs, usually she gets the LA load screen before she loads into heart of the mists properly.
