On Henge of Denravi server, I don’t know if this is everywhere, but if you try to do the Quaggan quest for the Quaggan Tonics in Straits of Devastation south of Fort Trinity, Blubloop stops about halfway from the end of the event and just stands there. 100% sure this is a bug.
