This heart in Bloodtide coast is broken,

When you collect the ingredients needed for the recipe and give them to the NPC you get the bucket of water as normal in return and then it locks you to the ground, you cannot move, several people doing the heart at the same time have the same problem, you must log out and log back into the game in order to free yourself,

Its making this heart rather annoying.

Yep did this yesterday and everyone doing it was getting stuck when handing in the potion. Had to log out and back in at least ten times to get the heart done.

Same thing. Hope they’ll fix this soon
