Didn’t work. also tried lowering firewall and checking to see if my internet will work with the game, but I got the same issue.
Try putting a ticket in with support following the support tab in the upper left. Hopefully they can help you out. Sorry the easy fixes didn’t work for you. Also you might want to make sure your drivers are up to date as well as Direct X. You don’t have an issue launching the game then right? It’s just when you try to actually go past the charater creation screen? It doesn’t seem like a over heating issue because of that. So I would try to do those updates and see if anything happens otherwise I really have no idea and hopefully CS can help.
