Guild Wars 2

My Herald cannot run any of his abilities anymore. Within 1 second sometimes 2, the abilities get automatically toggled back off. In fight, out of fight, it doesn’t matter. I always have plenty of energy (50%+) when this happens and it is dramatically affecting the functionality of my Rev-Herald in a severely negative way.

I wasn’t noticing this yesterday, but today it has been happening constantly.

Have you been swimming? I used to get this, but only after I’d been in water, due to none of herald skills being available there. I fixed it by changing my underwater legends to not include Glint (I use Shiro/Glint on land, Shiro/Mallyx in water).
