I noticed on my alt today after thinking (Didn’t i just do that HP) that one Hero Point is not showing as completed on map, after i’ve completed it and when i stand infront of the HP it shows completed. It’s not giving map credit either. Still shows 9/11 and its one of the only 2 that ping on the map when you rollover the map key icon. The HP that’s causing the problem is Coztic Itzel Belongings Hero Point which is really close to the Treacherous Path Waypoint.

It’s not a layer thing or Canopy vs Basement thing unless HPS are overlapped exactly in the same spot.

: I’ve completed the map 100%(As you can see in picture 1 that hp is done), but no map reward. In (picture 2) World Map doesn’t show that HP as completed. This Hero point bug still exists.

I got the same problem today on my guard with this hp, got the completion credit chest, but no hero point

I got the same problem. Tried reloading the map, restarting the game, leaving the map and coming back and redid the event a couple of times.

I also seem to have this problem. Did the hero point several times and I received a chest for completion but no hero points nor does the location show as completed for map completion purposes.

It’s a minimap issue. When they lowered the hero point req for elite specs down to 250, they made a lot of points easier to get, and also switched the location of that point and the one east of Faren’s waypoint, but did not update the location on the minimap. So that means you need to get that point, which luckily is just a channel

Xhyros, if that’s the case then why did multiple people who did that exact hero point with me got credit not only on the map but also received the hero points? If there is another point that we need to get, where is that point located? Can you give me some basic directions? I would greatly appreciate it.

Very simply put: the minimap icons for the hero points on the very bottom left of the map and the one directly to the right of it are switched. Just the minimap and M map icons.
