Mine is missing too. And I’ve opened some of those bags since the patch, according to the wiki.

Anyone else have similar problem like ours?
Or does this achievement required discovering NPC to trigger? Just like the spoon’s Achievement.

It may well be bugged, nobody has found a trigger so far.

I’ve opened quite a few of loot bags and I still haven’t unlocked the Hero of the People Collection. Maybe it really is a bug. Now the bags are stuck in my inventory until this gets resolved. :/

Does anyone out there have this collection unlocked on their achievement panel?

Just adding my name to the ‘does not work’ group.

I’m wondering if there are specific champ bags that make this trigger. I say this because not all champ bags of the same tier and same name will stack, so somewhere there is a slight difference in them. But I thought that happened when they changed the way champs drop loot.

The response by GM Talon in this post https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/gw2/Customer-Support-9-9-Feature-Build/4391299 suggests that the collection actually exists and is just bugged for a whole lot of people.

lovely. and some skins that I have in my wardrobe aren’t showing in collections either.
