I got the Hero’s Band as a drop from a centaur in Queensdale. As far as I knew, this item was only available through pre-orders and the digital deluxe version. Did something change or is this a bug?

Ha! Maybe it’s like occasionally seeing the tutorial bosses out in the open world. Just a serendipitous mischance!
