Not sure why but my Norn character is unable to enter the home instance on the Black Citadel map. I have repeatedly logged off and back on but I am unable to complete this map because of this.

Are you simply not presented with the ‘Enter Instance’ dialogue box when approaching the entrance to the home instance area?

Walk around where the gate is, triggering that entrance dialog can be a bit finicky.
Make sure you are trying to enter from the right location too.
The entrance has two guards and is near a merchant. Also not too far from the portal that goes into Plains of Ashford.

Ah, that’s another scenario I hadn’t considered. Good call Khisanth. There are several areas to where it seems you should be able to enter, but there is only one actual entrance. Is it possible that this is the case, that you were looking to gain access from the wrong location?

If you are actually trying to gain entrance in this proper area, is it that you are just not able to get the ‘Enter Instance’ dialogue box to pop up?

I wasn’t getting the enter instance dialogue – so no way to accept
