Are the “heroes of the people” “brewmaster” and wine collections still bugged? I cannot figure out any way to activate them, but it seems weird it would be left for so long as a new feature, and no mention of it.

Or has this confirmed not to be a bug, and people just need to figure out how to activate the acheivement?

I think they are still completely bugged, but an official statement on the status quo would be much appreciated to clarify things (some people claim they unlocked them, others say they cannot whatsoever).

They were removed from the game (because they were bugged) and haven’t been added back yet.

Hopefully the bugged-so-we-took-it-out thing doesn’t go the way of TA p3
