Guild Wars 2

so I decided to do the Hexfoundry Unhinged achievement in Sparkfly Fen. but I can’t seem to finish it. I attached screenshots of the Inactive and Active switches that I successfully disabled. but I’m still missing 1 more switch to open the final chest. so I did it again from the start and took screenshot of each ‘Inquest Switch’ but theres only 2 that I found that is working. (it shows “Inquest Switch” when I press Ctrl). so am I just missing one more switch? or it is bugged?

There are a total of 3 switches. 2 are easily seen but the third is hidden. It’s hard to tell from the screenshots but it looks like you are missing the switch next to a flesh golem(who makes charr sounds when attacked). From where you are standing in the last screenshot head to the left.
