When I’m trying to do the achievements for Hidden Arcana, nothing happens after I talk to Ogden. It allows me to talk to him, but nothing happens after I do so…

Have you done this, “When you finally reach the hidden basement of the archives and have talked to Ogden, touch the Ornate Hourglass to get teleported to Glint’s Lair.”
