Guild Wars 2

I recently completed the Hidden Arcana step of the LS, ( by recent I mean a couple weeks ago) I was in a party with a guild mate. At the conclusion of the story, he received the rewards for completion. I did not. We had gone through every other step together. I submitted a bug report through the client, and I also submitted a support ticket. I am writing this now, because I just received an email from support asking me to rate my “support experience”. YOU HAVEN’T FIXED THE PROBLEM.

Bad support.

Maybe someone could just adjust my LS so I can move on to the achievement portion? god I am sick of this “game”

OH, and btw if there wasn’t 30 minutes of fluff at the beginning of that story step I might just go through it again, instead of waiting on support to fix their glitches.

If you did not get the (nearly immediate) acknowledgement response for your ticket submission, you can peruse the Sticky, ‘Delayed or No Ticket Reply’ in Account Support.

If you’ve no response on your ticket after the acknowledgement response, you can always update your ticket.

If you want a review or an update on the forums about your ticket, you would post your ticket number in the Sticky ‘Tickets for Review 3 Days and Older’ in Account Support.
