Guild Wars 2

Hello.

This issue occurs every time I try and pass this quest. I believe this is a bug.
Quest is Hidden Arcana from Personal Story. I am playing as a Necro with 3 pets.

After I defeat the Facet of Darkness, I successfully click the floor crystal and the “Crystaline Memory” movie begins to play. The animation gets up to the point where the man is holding up the crystal… then my client disconnects … I get the following error message…

Game Client lost connection to server. Code=7:11:3:191:101.

I have done this three times and three times I get the same error at the same spot.

After I get the error, my toon is booted to the character select screen and I must start from the beginning of the quest. I am unable to complete this quest and unable to proceed through the story line.

Update:

I my 5th attempt, I ran GW with the -repair option. On the cut scene described above, I pressed escape and aborted viewing it.

These actions enabled me to pass this issue. I am not sure if I had a corrupted file or if escaping the cut scene by-passed the error, but one of those two got me through it.
