I’ve noticed this on several characters while finishing up their living story. While on Hidden Arcana, the NPCs recognize you as being a Priory member. Even when you’re not.. My mesmer is in the Order of Whispers and has never met Ogden, yet we seem to have met according to this dialogue box. A small bug, but something worth fixing in the future for the new players. It certainly confuses me!
