This vortex on print screen below shows hiden vortex in the wall. Can’t be attacked or loaded. This problem occurs when the boss is around half life.

Same thing happened to me, same place in wall. at around half life, had to kill the boss only doing 40-50 damage since I couldn’t reach the vortex. reset at about 25% health, then happened again. Last boss took me 30 min to kill this way.

Its a known bug and they are working on a fix
