my hints are not working properly.
for example, the broken equipment hint -> i got it a while ago on another character but it did not register as completed and now also i cannot get it again, even if i have all my equipment broken. see pic.
the score achievement in wvw section also didn’t register or i didn’t even get it even if i am over 350 world rank and held hundreds of objectives in team or by myself….

Long known issue, you just have to keep trying. It took me a year to complete the Hints. You can find a long thread here, if you desire to look.

how many times should i try if i took the time to brake ALL my equipment, even if it was broken hundreds of times before and how many times should i ask my guildies to spam me with mails so i get my mail full to get the achievement and not register?
i have all the proof. the problem should be fixed.

No one says it should not be fixed. The fact of the matter is it is known, and evidently either low on the priority list, or difficult to reproduce in-house and/or find the solution.

It’s not really game-breaking, though a tiny bit irksome. Make sure, if you ever get the tool-tip message for the hint to come up, to click the message or the X in the corner, because actually doing whatever it suggests doesn’t clear the hint.

for the full inbox item that’s what i did. i closed the hint by the x button and still did not register.
for the broken equipment i did the same, a looooong time ago, on my first character and i didn’t give a kitten about the achievements then to see if it register or not.
the WvW achievement, the one with the building occupation, i cannot remember of ever seeing a tip about that…. even after hundreds of occupied buildings.
it’s the last 3 tips that i need for the achievement….and they stay there for months now… uncompleted… i looked for it on the internet and the only thing i could find was about the mail tip not popping up, but this is different. it just doesn’t register, the pop up was there…
