Hints Achievement Bugged
Seconding this, I had two hints left (Warrior and Elementalist specialities), but while they were ticked off in the hints menu as I unlocked them, they didn’t count towards the achievement.
This is an old bug. As old as the game. It has several threads open, talking about it. They adressed it a long time ago, and it has remained like this ever since. Cross your fingers, maybe on tonight’s patch it gets fixed.
Rezz, I like you have done the same thing trying to get anet to resolve this issue. In one of their responses. the comment was “we do not have the tools to fix this at this time” whatever that means. It’s pretty frustrating they would put out a leader board, KNOWING there are problems in their system. Putting the cart before the horse. imho as long as this bug has been around, the flat out do not care.
Yeah, I even submitted a ticket regarding this, unfortunately all response I got was ‘we are aware and working on it’. Problem is, that was almost two months ago (and the issue itself is ongoing for at least several months more).
New patch, 7 months after release, and this hasn’t been fixed yet…
Really Anet how many patches have went into the game now, and this is still bugged, can you just delete the entire achievement line, as its stuck at 81/83 and you clearly don’t know how to fix it, so can you delete it.
My achievement is bugged as well. Stuck at 81 of 83 with no way to fix it.
