I’ve bugged this ingame twice and recently sent a support report. I have been sitting at 93% complete on my hints since laurels were added. It says I have never earned a laurel. I’ve got 95 currently and have equipment bought with laurels. (took out screen shot) It is now taunting me in the new achievement list as telling me this is almost complete! Not a huge deal but would like it to complete.
I had this exact same problem. You have the hint displayed on your screen. Have you tried clicking the close button? When I finally did after ignoring it every single time it displayed, my hint achievement finally completed.
