Guild Wars 2

I’ve been looting these on and off for months, and I still have yet to have this drop for me. I’m feel as if my account is bugged and the game thinks it has already dropped it for me. This is the last item I need for Hivemaster achievement. I must have looted hundreds of supply caches in the rata novus lane by now…

These items drop randomly and nearly everyone will encounter one that just doesn’t seem to drop. That doesn’t mean your account is bugged; it just means you luck is bad.

If you are still convinced this is the case, keep a piece of paper by your computer and start tracking the date/count of each time you try. If that count gets up to … let’s say 20 without it dropping, create the ticket and include your data (also mentioning that you had been trying for ages beforehand). (I have no idea if “20” is a reasonably-sized number or too high or too small.)

The data will help the support team to understand what you’re experiencing; without it, it just sounds like impatience.
