I think title says it all but the Hall of Monuments vendor “content has been disabled”. I read about the bug that instantly gave you 39 HoM points. Has it nog been fixed yet? or has the vendor been forgotton

The ability to acquire HoM rewards has not been re-enabled yet. If you had previously acquired the rewards, you can use your Wardrobe or Ranger Pet window to apply the skins, again.

Well I did get my points, went from 8 to 21 i want to claim my skins!

Just be patient, they are still working on the issue.
