I have completed the Hero Point just northeast of the Trecherous Path Waypoint multiple times now before and since the latest round of patches. Today (11/1/15) I completed it twice within the time limit. This bug didn’t happen to my teammates.
I have the same bug. I have attached a screenshot showing the Hero challenge completed, but it does not show as completed on my minimap.
