Just put one of my Priory characters through HoT story and to complete my Scholars Pack collection.

I needed a Dragonvine Priory Strap – hint complete Hearts & Minds.

Just done and although priory strap showed on rewards I did not get it. Not in inventory and not unlocked in collection.

Highly annoying as yesterday beat mordermoth and then it bugged before we were able to deliver the killing blow.

You have to unlock the strap on the first character that chooses the Priory backpiece. Any other character will not get the item or unlock it in the collection (I found this out the hard way). Could this be why you didn’t get the item unlocked?
