Guild Wars 2

Since the recent update, the Heart of Thorns story has broken in multiple ways. NPCs ceasing their movement despite being essential, making instances unfinishable, events within instances finishing before all enemies have died, thus bugging out certain parts and making them incompletable. I’ve done the HoT story multiple times recently and this was not an issue I’ve encountered this until post patch and it is happening constantly now.

Specifics on what story step, which part of it, what event, which npcs, and how/what is wrong and happening in each occurrence as well as general info such as your profession/weapons/skills/traits will really help and go a whole lot further toward getting the issues resolved rather than just saying in general the story is broken

This just happened to my partner and I.
We were on the Frozen Out section of our story.
We entered the cave with Rox and Braham.
Completed past the wolf attack.
Delved further into the cave.
Then the NPCs just stopped.
And nothing happened after that.
The NPCs wouldn’t respond.
We couldn’t go further into the cave.
Had to restart the instance.
