Hello can someone help me?

I activated my HOT key yesterday and played my tempest and revenant in Maguuma, and today when i logged in, it moved me to Lions Arch and is showing as if I did not buy HoT! Even under my Account settings is showing HOT as not purchase?!?!??!?! I cannot use any elites even though they are unlocked, and I cannot use mastery.

I’m experiencing the same problem. I bought the expansion yesterday and was playing the story mode last night but when I logged in just now all the expansion features are locked. I unlocked a couple of the new elite specialisation skills and they appear unlocked but cant be used.
