So my brother is having problem with tutorial, he dced soon after HoT launch during tutorial and cannot reenter, means he cant progress his main character story.
No npc no marker to go to.Tried to get him in with my alts, cant.
Tried quiting mission doesnt help either.
3 weeks passed 2 support guys reponded “we know about it”… patch after patch is coming now and there is no fix yet to come.If he had 1 char he would be stuck with just tutorial he cant finish, mission objective is greyed out.
He is afraid he will get ban for harrasing support with third support request since he is ignored.Can you man up and fix this shi….
