I have sent a ticket but they told me to post here, so here I am. Here is what I sent:
Me and my boyfriend have been trying to finish this step of the story, but boss fight always bugs for us. Here is the list of all bugs we had that made fight unbeatable:
- On second phase with updrafts, when he launches his heavy attack and you need to fly above it, updrafts don’t work and we always die. We had this bug each time we managed to reach this point.
- If we wipe and restart he destroys ground where rift stands and we can’t reach it to be able to use it. Only solution was to restart instance.
- If someone dies they don’t get ported back to the fight until everyone else dies and then you can restart it. You don’t stay dead on ground to be resurrected, it teleports you up and you can’t do anything.
- Canah(spelling?) sometimes bugs and never gives his shield to be used and boss would also become invulnerable saying you need to use shield to continue.
We also noticed that more you retry the fight, more bugs appear.
