I’m a guardian with Pure of Voice. Tonight I ran HoTW P3 and we were on the boss that immobilizes. In the past when I used a shout, the immobilized would be removed (curing a condition) however tonight when I used a shout I couldn’t remove the immobilize.
Anyone else experience this?
