Speaking to him doesn’t show the Vol 1 Book for this legendary at all. No mail from him either when usually he should talk to me about it.

You don’t use volumes for this legendary. You just craft the weapons using Huntsman Discipline and put them in the mystic forge.

1st Recipe: Schooner (get from Hobbs)
2nd Recipe: Frigate (get from Hobbs)
3rd Recipe: Man o War (get from Hobbs)

put them in the forge and youre done. ez pz lemon squeezy

since noone likes this legendary, it costs less than 1000g to craft.. atleast from the last time I checked lel

No you have to get the starting recipe, Schooner, from Hobbs.

The recipes are in the 5th tab.
