It’s only a graphic’s bug, but I want to report it anyway.

The next time I got the achievement.

I have the same problem, but like you said its just a graphical thing since the amount of achievement points awarded it still correct, and the amount of times that the achievement can be completed before it stops awarding achievement points is reduced by one.

Yeah, with a number that high, it’d have to be a WvW achievement. :P
