Guild Wars 2

I finished the zone Hoelbrak have everything discovered i got the reward for it and logged out. Next time that i logged in i noticed it said under points of interest 23/24 discovered yet i still had the rewards for finishing? I tried backtracking to all of em and i still never got credit for the last one. Has anyone else had this issue and if so know an easy fix?

Maybe the bug fix from yesterday missed one PoI. You can check the Wiki via the link above to make sure you have them all.
