Instead of teleporting you to Knut Whitebear’s Loft… the door takes you to the magical land that is the Charr Home Instance.

Same here for me and many other players (if not all)

Having same issue wanted to explore cities but that was so weird finding myself in Black Citadel.

P.S.: Going to black citadel and entering Hero’s Canton doesn’t take you to Hoelbrak, had to try.

I haven’t tried this yet (doing other map exploration until it gets fixed), but from what I hear, anyone with a Norn character doing the personal story step ‘Into the Mists’ that takes place in Whitebear’s Loft can party with you and you can get the POI that way for now.

Ok so it’s not just me.
My self diagnosed OCD is having a fit over this not being completed.

They fixed it! Today I was able to visit the POI
