Hello hom calculator wont load character info for me i even tried with a few friends of mine doesnt work with there names as well ;( can you check and fix this please.

Yep, it is indeed broken. Tried one of my characters and my husband’s character.

I know I spelled the character name correctly and doubled checked. This is the error message.

Also confirming that it’s broken. None of my character names will load.

Broken for me as well. Tried several browsers (Chrome and Edge) with several character names from different accounts. Getting the “Error Loading Character” message.

Love how the HoM got reactivated in GW2 recently and now I already cant check what I’m missing..

its not really a surprise anet breaks something every day, its bugwars.

Maybe you can remove the [Beta] tag from it too while you are at it, it is literally been out for over 3 years now…

When was the last time the HOM successfully looked up a character for you?

Last time I looked up a character before today was two days ago, and it worked fine at that point. Seems a very recent issue.

The last time I checked the HOM page before today was probably four or five days, and it worked fine then.

Yeh just tried to load it up and same error last week it stil was all good

The HoM has been a hit-n-miss to login to it ever since it started. Fact!

Broken for me, at least on firefox 40.0.3 (fedora and win7), haven’t checked on other browsers yet

Edit: seems to work with exploder 11 (win7)
