Got all 4 souls but Soul Battery did not charge…..

So how u fixed it?? i got the same problem.. was something that i misunderstood or just bug?

I’ve had the same issue for over a month now, blocking progress as well…

For me I sadly don’t remember as I didn’t notice it didn’t charge until getting closer to completion of the collection. It may have been the Risen knight soul energy but I am not 100% sure since it was quite a while ago.

The last soul that i captured last was “Risen High Wizard Soul Energy”

I had this problem, In my case it was the Risen Knight Soul I got last.
I think it was due to my bag filling up due to the auto-loot mastery as the battery item was meant to be replaced with the charged one.

I contacted support through the web page and they sorted it out and sent me the charged battery. My thanks to them btw, they got it sorted out quickly.
