Playing NA. In pvp matches I am getting terrible skill lag. I have time warner cable internet (using wifi in my house because its my only option.) No other games that require internet are giving me problems. My FPS is stable at 60. It’s massive skill lag. When I type /IP into the chat window the current IP Address I am using is

Ip Address (es): 64.25.38.248:0

Does anyone know what the ES means? Is it working off of a server outside of the US? I live in San Diego.

Try a VPN, preferrably one that only applies to a game’s traffic. Pingzapper and WTFast come to mind there. If your problem is only affecting GW2, a VPN will most likely do the job, if the problem is caused by routing issues.

It means the plural of address, addresses.
The EU ip addresses start with 206.127.

Playing NA from Brazil.
Getting same problem, either with wireless/ethernet connection.
Terrible lag on skill activation in PvP matches after the last patches.
Already reported to Anet…
