In the Grove point of interest, House of Caithe, there is a bugged trophy and table in the instance. Enter the instance in from of House of Caithe and interact with the front table. You get a bugged code instead of actual text. After clicking through the dialog box, you will get a bugged trophy for you collection. Here’s the trophy text:

Yep, I just noticed this too. Reported a bug. Noticed if you take the item out of your inventory and then go back you can’t get it again, so for now I’m holding onto it in case it might be important, but hopefully it’s nothing I stumbled upon that will cause issues later. :/
