Is there any word on if this is being looked into/fixed?

That said, I really hope someone uses it in the next ESL tourney to give anet a little wake up call…

I find it unbelievable that they are nerfing abilities which are hardly OP and should have been low on the priority scale to fix but have not fixed actual bugs like this.

Must be a complicated fix. Changing a few numbers is easy.
