I bought a helmet for badges of vaults of Askalon, but it isn’t suitable for the soldier. May I return a helmet to the seller and return badges?

I don’t believe there’s any way for you to get your tokens back. You’re going to have to collect more tokens in order to get the right helmet.

If it’s exotic grade you can either salvage the helmet you have for a chance at ectos or use it if it’s better than your current worn headpiece. Do take note though, use either master’s or black lion salvage kits for this.

If it’s rare, you’re just out of luck.

It was exotic. This helment is light armor and dont acceptable for warrior.

I think that developers could enter function of return of the bought equipment back to a vender. How it working in wow for example.

But it’s not a bug… look for a suggestion subforum. Not like we haven’t got enough bugs, to place suggestions and complains here too.

Maybe any moderators can replace this topic to other subforum?
